The Governor of Bauchi State, Bala Mohammed is currently in self-imposed isolation after coming into contact with a person afflicted with the coronavirus.
The governor was recently on the same flight from Lagos to Abuja with the son of former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar’s son during which they shook hands and exchanged pleasantries.
Atiku’s son is currently being quarantined after testing positive to the virus, which is currently ravaging the globe.
According to Ladan Salihu, the governor’s spokesman who broke the news, the governor and some of his aides have all taken tests and are presently awaiting their results.
