Fani-Kayode seems confident that the Peoples Democratic Party presidential candidate, Abubakar Atiku will take President Buhari to the cleaners in the 2019 election.
He believes that President Buhari will be forced out of office like Laurent Gbagbo if he refuses to vacate office in the event of election loss.
“To those that boastfully proclaim that after Buhari has been defeated he will not step down for Atiku I say this: if he refuses to go we will march on the Villa, enter his bedroom, give him the Gbagbo treatment and send him to the ICC to answer for his many crimes against humanity,” he tweeted.
Laurent Gbagbo is an Ivorian politician who was the President of Côte d’Ivoire from 2000 until his arrest in April 2011.
Born: 31 May 1945 (age 73 years), Gagnoa, Côte d’Ivoire
A historian by profession, as well as an amateur chemist and physicist, Gbagbo was imprisoned in the early 1970s and again in the early 1990s, and he lived in exile in France during much of the 1980s as a result of his union activism.
