Arik Air Extends N16,000 Promo Fare Till April 17

Arik Air, West and Central Africa’s largest carrier, has extended the validity of the ongoing N16,000 promotional fare to cover the period of the coming Easter celebrations.

The special fare which allows an air traveler to buy a one-way ticket to any destination in Nigeria with N16, 000 was originally scheduled to end on March 31, 2017.

With the extension of the promotion, customers still have the opportunity of buying the N16,000 ticket from now until April 17, 2017 for travel on or before April 30, 2017, a statement signed by the airline’s Communications Manager, Mr Ola Adebanji said.

Speaking on the extension, Arik Air’s CEO, Capt. Roy Ilegbodu, said: “By extending the validity of the special fare till after the Easter celebration, we believe that our customers will take advantage of the huge savings to spend the Easter holidays with their families and loved ones”.

The management also said the airline had significantly improved on its time performance against what obtained in the last few weeks.

“A flight now departs within the 15 minutes of published departure time in line with the industry’s standard of On-Time Performance (OTP),” the management said.

Arik Air’s CEO disclosed that in the last one month, the airline has exceeded the customers’ expectations with improved service and on time departures.

He said, “our goal in this period and beyond is not only to provide customer friendly services that are safe and reliable, but we also want our customers to have confidence in our schedule knowing that we keep to time.”
