A wicked woman based in Minna, Niger State, has been arrested after she allegedly fed her rival’s new born baby boy with a poisonous insecticide known as Sniper, with the intention of killing the child.
According to reports, the woman who is a mother to three daughters, got angry after her rival gave birth to a baby boy, the first for her husband who shifted all attention to the boy.
The woman’s anger could not be assuaged as she plotted to kill the innocent child and when the mother was out of range, she swiftly fed the boy with the killer substance but as God will have it, the mother, on coming back, met the boy gasping for breathe with a whitish substance coming out from his mouth.
The baby was rushed to a local hospital from where he was referred to the IBB Specialist Hospital where the poison was pumped out of his system though, doctors have faint hopes of his surviving.
