Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is set to play Pope Francis in the upcoming movie Fe.
The animated film, which will mark 100 years since the apparitions of the Virgin Mary to shepherd three children in Fatima, is due for release on May 13, 2017.
Mourinho will voice the Pope in Portuguese, English, Spanish and Italian after the 53-year-old’s selection was approved by the Vatican, according to reports.
The former Chelsea boss, who took over the reins from Louis van Gaal at Old Trafford last Monday, will donate the fee from the movie to a charity for underprivileged kids.
It’s understood The Special One accepted the offer from Imagineview ‘without reticence or demands’.
Is there anything he can’t do…?
