Two inmates die in Jalingo jail break attempt

Two inmates were shot dead while several others sustained injuries on Wednesday morning during a failed jail break at the Jalingo main prison in Taraba.

It was further learnt that the inmates started demonstration early Wednesday over poor condition and overcrowding which later degenerated.
