Abiodun Faleke, running mate of the late Abubakar Audu, candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the November 21 election, has asked the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to declare him winner of the poll.
In a letter addressed to Mahmood Yakubu, chairman of INEC, Faleke argued that “the election had been concluded and completed in compliance with the provision of the constitution”.
He faulted the decision of the electoral body to declare the election inconclusive, describing it as “unconstitutional”.
