Victoria Daropale, reigning “Nigeria Next Super Model”, on Friday emerged winner of “Fresh Faces” world modelling contest at the Barcelona Fashion Week in Spain.
In a statement obtained by the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Abuja, Chief Executive of ISIS Models, Mrs Joan Okorodudu, the brain behind Nigeria Next Super Model, commended the feat.
“Surely, God is faithful and He opens big doors; Victoria has won the two shows which have happened in less than a period of two months,” she said.
For the crown, Daropale went home with a brand new car and tickets to Paris, Milan, Malta and New York for other modelling activities.
Áccording to organisers of the global event, the new modelling queen will also cover the popular “Showcase Magazine” and other international magazines.
NAN reports that Fresh Faces, launched in 2010 by “modelmanagement.com”, is an annual modelling contest organized to discover young talents around the globe.
Daropale won the ninth edition of “Nigeria Next Super Model” contest in 2015.
