Afrobeats legend Femi Kuti who is the son of great Fela Anikulapo Kuti has slammed the All Progressive Congress over the use of shirts bearing Fela’s name without getting authorization from the family.
Femi Kuti, singer in a thread shared on his social media page condemned the move by the party noting that the family does not align with any political party in the country. He called on however is behind the idea to desist or face the wrath of the law as the family has already trademarked that name and use constitutes the infringement of their legal right.
