Peter Okoye, a Nigerian singer and former member of the defunct Psquare, has reason to rejoice after receiving an honorary doctorate degree.
The father of two turned to Instagram to inform his friends and followers of the happy news, posting photographs and a video.
In the video, the musician can be heard asking his followers to address him by adding a ‘doc’ to his name. He also expressed gratitude to his alma mater, Escae-Benin University in Edo State.
