I don’t make money from Nigeria, says Burna Boy

Nigerian singer and songwriter, Damini Ogulu popularly known in showbiz as Burna Boy has made an interesting and yet startling revelation about how where he makes his money as an artist.


Burna Boy who won the Grammys for the first time in his career two months ago revealed that he does not make his money from Nigeria, and he pointed out that Nigerian is a place for cruising.

However, the ‘On The Low’ hitmaker stated that he is from Nigeria, and loves his home and his people and he made this known on his Twitter page on May 18.

He tweeted;

I’m from here and I live here because I love my home and my people, E no pass like that. I don’t make money from Nigeria. Na only cruise dey here.
