President Bola Tinubu’s administration has moved proactively to put an end to the planned 10-day hunger strike that certain Nigerians had organized.
According to News360 Info, some Nigerians are organizing the protest, which is scheduled for August 1–10, to call for an end to the nation’s poor governance and economic suffering.
Nonetheless, there has been concern that the demonstration could be taken over by thugs, particularly because a number of states, unions, and young people who support the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) have withdrawn from the event.
