A video surfaced on social media which showed how a South African pastor died while preaching in the middle of a church service.
A twitter user identified as Aproko Doctor shared the disturbing video.
In the video he was seen having trouble standing up straight, he eventually sat down and immediately gave up the ghost.

According to Aproko doctor, the clergyman eventually died. He claimed that the autopsy carried out on him showed that the pastor was suffering from high blood pressure and diabetes.
He wrote: “This pastor died in the middle of preaching. Autopsy done showed he had high blood pressure and diabetes.
Uncontrolled high blood pressure alone is bad, adding diabetes to that doubles the risk of complications.
