The Rivers State Police Command has re-arrested fifty-two year old blogger, Kemi Omolulu-Olunloyo over fresh charges of defamation and false publication against the General Overseer of Salvation Ministries, Pastor David Ibiyeomie.

Kemi was re-arrested shortly after a Chief Magistrate Court in Port Harcourt granted her bail to the tune of N200, 000, along with a Port Harcourt based publisher, Samuel Walson.

The blogger is being prosecuted over her report on the alleged sex scandal by Pastor Ibiyomie.

She was re-arraigned before Justice H.O Oshomah where she pleaded not guilty to the fresh charges.

Meanwhile, Justice Oshomah told the police to ensure diligent prosecution of the matter, stressing that he does not intend to have the accused person remanded for long.
