Former Presidential candidate and founder of the National Action Council (NAC), Dr. Olapade Agoro on Tuesday said President Muhammadu Buhari should beam its anti- corruption searchlight on Asiwaju Bola Tinubu if indeed it is serious about fighting corruption in Nigeria.
Agoro, who spoke in a chat with Independent also said the federal government should not bother seeking for $30b foreign loan as Tinubu and some few individuals can conveniently give the money.
While describing Tinubu as a man with insatiable appetite for wealth and property acquisition, he added that the former Lagos state governor is far richer than many states of the federation combined.
“The federal government should investigate Tinubu. In fact, President Buhari’s anti-corruption war should begin with Tinubu. I am confirming to you today that we need not go far to raise $30b loan”.
“The money can be gotten from certain individuals, number one is Bola Tinubu. I can say without fear or favour that Tinubu is richer than some of the states of the federation. Tinubu has insatiable appetite for wealth and property acquisition” he said.
