AFCON 2019:Amaju Pinnick Unveils Target For Super Eagles

The Super Eagles have failed to qualify for the last two editions of the continental showpiece and they have started their latest quest on a shaky note.
The President of the Nigeria Football Federation, Amaju Pinnick has stated that he and his board are not just preoccupied with the Super Eagles qualifying for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON.

According to Pinnick, they are particularly keen to see Nigeria make impact in the tournament proper.

The Super Eagles have failed to qualify for the last two editions of the continental showpiece and they have started their latest quest on a shaky note; losing at home in their group opener against South Africa.

With a flurry of qualifying games now around the corner, Pinnick assures that the qualification will be taken seriously and more importantly the Super Eagles will be motivated to do well in the tournament proper.
