Former Minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode has lost his mother-in-law, Mrs Leticia Chikwendu.
Fani-Kayode announcement her passing via his verified Twitter handle on Monday morning.
According to him, Madam Chikwendu died after a brief illness.
He wrote, “It is with a heavy heart but in total submission to the will of God that I announce the passing of my mother-in-law, Mrs. Leticia Chikwendu, after a brief illness. Mama was wonderful. She fought a good fight and stood firm in the faith. Sleep on daughter of Zion, until we meet again.”
Fani-Kayode is married to Precious Chikwendu, a 28-year-old beauty queen from Awka, Anambra state, with whom he has a son, Joshua.
