42-Year Old Man Arrested For Allegedly Raping 4-Year Old Girl

A 42-year old man Sani Shuaibu has been arrested by the police at Alimosho for allegedly raping a four-year old girl.

The incident occurred at 2, Ogodan Street, off Ajako Bus/stop Shasha Oguntade, Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos State.

PMNEWS gathered that the suspect invited the little girl to his room on Saturday and had carnal knowledge of her.

The mother of the victim, Mrs. Omojuko, who reported the incident at the police station alleged that for over 40 minutes her little girl was nowhere tobe found after arriving from school.

“For more than 40 minutes, we couldn’t locate the whereabouts of my daughter until i went upstairs and found her in my neighbour’s room.

”The suspect was putting her clothes and knicker on her. When I asked my daughter what happened she said Daddy touched her with his bumbum and that he carried her up.

”She told me further that daddy puts his hand inside her bumbum and that her bumbum is paining her.

”All I want is justice. I am using this medium to call the attention of the Office of the Public Defender (OPD) and (WAPA) to intervene in the matter so that my case will not be thrown out. I want justice,” she said.

PMNEWS gathered further that a medical examination carried out on the girl at the Alimosho General Hospital, Igando, revealed that her private parts were tampered with but he hymen was not broken.

The investigating police officer Sergeant Temidayo Theresa said the matter is still being investigated.
