The Cavs’ center and the reality star met in a blind date and began dating a year ago.
This will be the NBA star’s second baby as his ex-girlfriend, Jordan Craig, gave birth to their son in December last year.
Thompson averaged 8.1 points, 1.1 blocks and 9.2 rebounds for the Cavaliers last season.
Khloe’s sister, Kim, is also reportedly expecting her third child with husband Kanye West via surrogate, according to People‘s Melody Chiu and Jen Juneau.
