The 2017 Special National Convention of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has extended the tenure of the Sen. Ahmed Makarfi led National Caretaker Committee by four months.
The convention, which is holding at Eagle Square Abuja, also dissolved the state executives of the party in Adamawa, Borno, Kebbi, Kwara, Osun, Lagos and Ogun states and set up of a Caretaker Committee to manage the affairs of the respective states pending when the election will be conducted.
