Manchester United coach, Jose Mourinho has been entangled in a €3.3million tax evasion mess with Spanish authorities.
A Spanish prosecutor filed the claim against Mourinho in a statement issued on Tuesday, June 20, 2017.
The claim lists two counts of alleged tax evasion – one in 2011 and one in 2012 – when he managed Real Madrid, Sky Sports reported.
A court in Madrid is dealing with the claim.
This is coming one week after Portuguese superstar and Real Madrid forward, Cristiano Ronaldo got entangled in a similar case for allegedly defrauding the Spanish tax authorities to the tune of 14.7 million Euros.
Spain prosecutor’s office in Madrid already filed a tax fraud lawsuit against the four-time Ballon d’Or winner who is due to appear in court by July 31.
