A 28-year-old man, Johnson Daniel has been remanded by an Ebute Meta Chief Magistrates’ Court in Lagos State for allegedly sucking the penis of an underage boy.
The court ordered his remand on Thursday after he pleaded guilty to the allegation.
The Chief Magistrate, A.T. Elias, ordered the remand of the accused on a charge of indecent assault.
The police prosecutor, Sgt. Kehinde Omisakin, had earlier told the court that the accused committed the offence on May 21 at about 10.00 a.m., at No. 83, Coker Road, Orile Iganmu in Lagos State.
She explained that Daniel was caught sucking the sexual organ of an 11-year-old boy.
Omisakin said the offence contravened Section 135(1) and (2) of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.
The Chief Magistrate, however, adjourned the case until May 31 for review of facts and sentencing.
