Sources claim Kim Kardashian is planning to file for divorce from her husband, Kanye West “when the time is right”.
West has reportedly been receiving outpatient treatment since being released from UCLA medical center last month, after he was admitted for a mental breakdown.
According to a friend of Kim, “she cares about Kanye and feels relieved that he is getting the help he needs, she’s felt trapped for a while, but she won’t be making any decisions until he fully recovers”.
“It will take some time before she can do anything,” said the friend, alleging that she’s trying to build a case for full custody of North and Saint, “but she doesn’t want to stay married.”
According to reports, Kim hasn’t totally distanced herself from West yet. Hours after West’s release from the hospital, Kardashian invited him to attend a “low-key” balloon-filled family party to celebrate Saint’s first birthday.
Kim, of course, has remained largely absent from social media and public appearances since being robbed at gunpoint in Paris in October.
In honor of her late father, Kim was originally scheduled to make her first major appearance since the robbery last month.
Those plans were canceled, however, when West was hospitalized after canceling the rest of his Saint Pablo tour.
