Nigeria’s Harrison Chinedu sets another New Guinness World record

Nigeria’s Harrison Chinedu, has set a new Guinness World record in a 100km distance with the ball balanced on his head riding a bicycle in Lagos.

The ride commenced at Akodo in far end of Lekki around Eleko Bench and terminated at the National Stadium in Surulere, Lagos.

Last year, Chinedu, who played football in Cambodia, walked a distance of over 45. 64km with the ball on his head to break the Guinness World Record, which was set in 2014 by an Indian soldier NaibSubedar Azad Singh.

The feat in March 2016 started at Kilometre 46 at the RCCG Redemption Camp along the Lagos-Ibadan expressway, but another Indian citizen who walked a distance of 49km recently broke that record.

Now, the Nigerian has set another World Record in a different format by balancing the ball on his head while riding a bicycle in a distance of 100km.

Chinedu said that he was very happy to set another record,as his ultimate goal is to put Nigeria on world map.

“I am very delighted breaking this record. I thank God for helping me. It is not by my power, but that of God. It is now left to Guinness to watch the video clips and assess it,” he said.
