MMA2 gets mobile app

In its continued efforts to provide airport users with hassle-free and world-class travel experience, Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited, operator of the Murtala Muhammed Airport Terminal 2, has launched a mobile app.

With the launch, MMA2 has recorded another first as the only airport terminal in Nigeria to launch a mobile app with exciting features.

The features enable airport users book flights, get live flight information, track flights and enable access to available shops and quick service outlets at the terminal, among others.
The Chief Executive Officer of BASL, Captain Jari Williams, said in a statement: “The mobile app is free and available for download on Google play store and App store. This is just our way of saying MMA2 is more than a terminal. This app is guaranteed to make the experience of travellers and visitors to the terminal much easier.

“For instance, the app’s live flight information gives detailed status on all flights departing and arriving MMA2 with the added advantage of flights tracking.”

The statement said to encourage travellers to download the app, BASL and Dana Air, one of the major airlines operating from MMA2, has begun a promo for users to book the airline’s flight via the app, as the promo is currently running on the social media sites of both companies.

It said further that winners in the promo would emerge monthly while it is running, adding that such winners, who are allowed to have multiple entries, have the chance to grab return tickets of Dana Air to any destination in Nigeria and other consolation prizes.
