Apparently, the hunger in the land occasioned by recession has led many to engage in unwholesome acts in order to feed themselves and their families.
On Monday, October 10, in Abaranje, Ikotun, Lagos, a man whose named was not disclosed was caught buying two bags of rice with fake naira notes.
Thinking he had successfully fooled everyone, he was nabbed few minutes after and was beaten seriously by angry mobs around.
