The residents of Osapa Lekki woke up this morning to heavy flooding following the downpour overnight. And this is the pattern.
Osapa residents have endured recurrent flooding with each rain and appeal (once again) to Lagos State Government to re-start & complete the abandoned drainage projects in/around Osapa, to save them from the trauma they face each time it rains.
As a listening government, we trust the Governor will come to their assistance urgently? Their situation is really pathetic.
