Lawyer withdraws suit seeking Buhari’s disqualification over WASC

An Abuja-based lawyer, Nnamdi Nwokocha-Ahaiwe, has withdrawn the suit he filed seeking the disqualification of President Muhammadu Buhari from standing for the 2015 presidential election for not possessing the requisite education qualification.

Nwokocha-Ahaiwe had accused Buhari of not having the basic West African School Certificate qualification as stipulated by law.

He, however, withdrew the suit on Thursday.
