A man killed his girlfriend following a row over a missed flight.
The man, 34, who has not yet been named, strangled his 32-year-old girlfriend to death while still at San Pablo de Sevilla airport, police said.
The pair, who were both Romanian, had reportedly got into a row after they missed a flight to Italy, Diario de Sevilla reports.
The man left the body of his girlfriend in the airport car park.
He later handed himself in to the Civil Guard.
