Abducted Channels Television Correspondent Released

Channels Television’s Imo correspondent, Eyitope Kuteyi, who was abducted by gunmen in the early hours of Monday has been released by his abductors.

Mr Kuteyi was forcefully taken from his home located in the Federal Housing Estate in Owerri, the state capital.

The abducted scaled the fence of Mr Kuteyi’s house and forced their way into his house.

Channels TV thanks the Inspector-General of Police, Mr Solomon Arase, the State Commissioner of Police and his men, and officers of the Department of State Service (DSS).
