An operative of the Department of State Services, DSS, has been feared killed during a gun battle that ensued, on Friday, between hoodlums and security operatives in Rivers State.
A team of security operatives were intercepted during their operations in Egi area of Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area of the state , ahead of Saturday’s State and National Assemblies Re-run elections, and there was a heavy crossfire.
Vanguard gathered that a DSS operative was feared killed in the ensuing gun battle.
